Art.10. Autorizase al poder ejecutivo para que, cuando lo crea necesario i conveniente a la renta, pueda comprar a los particulares las fuentes saladas que estos elaboren dentro del territorio donde se consume la sal de la nación, con los aparatos i demás útiles que contengan.
