° Cuando ocurra alguna diferencia entre un vendedor de materia prima oleaginosa nacional y un contratista, y tal diferencia no se funde en el grado de acidez de la materia prima, corresponderá al Interventor decidir el caso, y su decisión será revisable por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
