º . Adiciónase el articulo 469 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Cuando en la Factura de Nacionalización de mercancías procedentes de las Zonas de Régimen Aduanero Especial se declaren precios por debajo de los precios oficiales o del margen inferior de los precios estimados fijados por la Dirección de Aduanas, la misma no producirá efecto alguno".
