El Instituto ejercerá las funciones de inspección y vigilancia sobre las cooperativas materia del presente reglamento, sin perjuicio de que la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas también pueda hacerlo cuando lo estime conveniente. El INCORA podrá delegar en los organismos patrocinadores de cooperativas agropecuarias, dentro de las condiciones y limitaciones que el mismo Instituto señale, las funciones de inspección y vigilancia de que trata el presente Capítulo.
