Los pueblos indígenas, la CNTI y demás institucionalidad indígena tendrán acceso gratuito y de acuerdo con la ley de acceso a la información pública, de protección de datos personales y demás restricciones legales vigentes a la información levantada en el marco de la gestión catastral.
