° Suprímese, a partir del 1° de marzo entrante, el personal remunerado al servicio de la Junta de Canalización del rio Magdalena, personal que ha venido figurando con las denominaciones y sueldos siguientes: Ayudante e Inspector General de trabajos $ 160 Secretario de la Junta 150 Escribiente 70 Cartero 30 Suma mensual $410

Parágrafo

Las funciones de Secretario de la Junta serán desempeñadas en lo sucesivo por el empleado del Ramo a quien la misma Junta designe, de acuerdo con el Inspector General, quien proveerá además, sin que la medida implique nuevas erogaciones, los servicios de Portería y los otros anexos a la Junta.
