La Designación De Comisiones De Personal De Todas Las Reparticiones Del Ramo De Guerra, Cuando Dicho Personal Deba Ausentarse De Su Guarnición Por Más, De 10 Días Es Privativa Del Ministro De Guerra

La designación de comisiones de personal de todas las reparticiones del ramo de Guerra, cuando dicho personal deba ausentarse de su guarnición por más, de 10 días es privativa del Ministro de Guerra.

Parágrafo

En las comisiones del servicio previstas en este articulo, cuando el total de días de pertenencia en una o mas guarniciones fuere mayor de 10 días, para la liquidación de los auxilios y demás gastos de transporte será requisito indispensable la previa resolución ministerial correspondiente.
