ARTICULO 1 º. MODIFICAR . Los numerales 1 y 15 del artículo 2º del Decreto 3192 de 1983, los cuales quedarán así: " 1. Fábrica de alcohol. El establecimiento en donde se produce alcohol etílico para la elaboración de bebidas alcohólicas." " 15. Producto terminado. Todo producto con un grado alcohólico apto para el consumo humano, que se obtiene como resultado del procesamiento de materias primas, e insumos, o por manipulación (hidratación, envase) de un producto totalmente elaborado."
