En los términos de la presente Ley quedan reformadas las Leyes 105 de 1936, 2° de 1945, 100 de 1946 y 82 de 1947, y suspendidas todas las disposiciones contrarias a esta Ley, la cual regirá desde la fecha de su sanción.
