º. Reglamento del juego. Con anterioridad a la iniciación del proceso contractual que tiene como fin escoger al concesionario, será necesario que exista el reglamento correspondiente a cada modalidad de juego, aprobado y expedido por el Consejo Nacional de Juegos de Suerte y Azar. Dicho reglamento, determinará el monto de los derechos de explotación aplicable a cada juego, el cual en ningún caso podrá ser inferior al diecisiete por ciento (17%) de los ingresos brutos del juego, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 49 de la Ley 643 de 2001.
