Los cinco mil pesos ($5,000) a que se refiere la segunda parte del artículo anterior serán distribuidos entre los damnificados por la Junta compuesta del Alcalde, del Presidente del Concejo y del Personero Municipal y de dos vecinos nombrados por el Cabildo de Alvarado, en forma que consulte la proporción de los perjuicios causados por el incendio y los recursos de los damnificados.
