Artículo cuarto. Las Cámaras de Comercio considerarán las solicitudes de afiliación que les sean presentadas, previo cumplimiento de las formalidades establecidas y decidirán sobre ellas verdad sabida y buena fe guardada, al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 34 de la Ley 28 de 1931.
