Sanciones . Cuando Dimar, de oficio o a petición de parte, verifique que se está desarrollando un acuerdo, convenio o consorcio de transporte marítimo sin haberse registrado previamente o incumpliendo los términos bajo los cuales fue pactado, procederá a imponer las sanciones contempladas en el presente decreto de conformidad con la Ley 336 de 1996.
