En desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 3o. de la Ley 46 de 1946 , crease una Junta destinada a la administración y manejo de los fondos a que se refiere el artículo 2o. de la presente ley Dicha Junta quedara constituida así: por un representante del Ministerio de Obras Publicas y otro de la Contraloría General de la Republica; por el Presidente del Concejo Municipal, el Cura Párroco y el Presidente de la Sociedad de Mejoras Publicas de Chiquinquirá.
