Artículo único. Auméntase á veinte pesos ($20) mensuales la pensión de Dolores Quiñones, viuda del Sargento 1.o Sixto Ardila, y de sus tres hijas huérfanas, Elena, Eloísa y Marta Ardila y Quiñones, de la cual disfrutarán mientras permanezcan solteras, y se les pagará como á viuda y huérfanas de militar muerto en el campo de batalla.
