Art. 1° Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia de 1897 y 1898 un crédito suplemental por $ 3,500, para pagar al Sr. Luis Tanco sus sueldos del segundo semestre de 1897. Como estos sueldos deben ser pagados en oro, según la Ley 27 de 1896, entiéndese abierto el crédito también por el cambio. Este crédito figurará en el Capítulo 24. Servicio diplomático Art. 235 bis.
