Art 3.º Para que pueda llenarse el objeto de la presente lei, el Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá que se arregle la pieza i se pasen inmediatamente al archivero todos los documentos que puedan obtenerle a título de compra o por cesiones gratúitas, excitando al mismo tiempo a los Presidentes o Gobernadores de los Estados a que dicten por su parte las providencias conducentes al objeto espresado.
