Régimen sancionatorio. La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, para los efectos del inciso 2° del artículo 108 de la Ley 100 de 1993, evaluará la sujeción de los procedimientos que adopten las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones a las normas del presente capítulo. El incumplimiento de estas disposiciones será sancionado de conformidad con las disposiciones legales pertinentes, en particular los artículos 209 y 211 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y las normas que los adicionen o modifiquen.
