Inhabilidades. Los miembros de la Junta y el Director General del Servicio no podrán tener entre sí parentesco dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad. Con posterioridad a su designación y mientras ejerzan el cargo, ni los miembros de la Junta Directiva ni los parientes de éstos, o del Director General dentro de los grados mencionados podrán ser nombrados para ejercer empleos o misiones remuneradas dentro del Instituto, salvo en cuanto a los primeros el desempeño de comisiones temporales fuera de la sede del Instituto, cuando pareciere indispensable.
