El valor de la tarifa adicional de que trata el artículo anterior, se liquidará y recaudará por quien corresponda, y se llevará una cuenta separada de su ingreso, y su valor se depositará en la Tesorería General de la República con la destinación especial que le asigna la presente Ley.
