Art. 2. o El derecho de toneladas se cobrará i pagará en la forma siguiente: los buques nacionales que no excedan de cien toneladas pagarán seis reales por cada tonelada: los que excedan de cien toneladas pagarán seis reales por cada tonelada de las primeras ciento, i tres reales por cada tonelada de las excedentes.

Los buques estranjeros que no excedan de cien toneladas pagarán once reales por cada tonelada: los que excedan de cien toneladas pagarán once reales por cada tonelada de las primeras ciento, i cuatro reales por cada tonelada de las excedentes.
