Control y vigilancia . La inspección, vigilancia y control a que haya lugar del cumplimiento a las normas establecidas en el presente decreto, por parte de los prestadores del servicio escolar en vehículos particulares, corresponderá a la autoridad de transporte del área metropolitana, distrital y/o municipal donde obtuvo el permiso. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de la colaboración que debe existir entre las diferentes autoridades de tránsito y transporte para su control y vigilancia.
