El endoso es. restrictivo en los siguientes casos:
1 Cuando prohibe la ulterior negociación del instrumento;
2 Cuando constituye al endosatario en agente del endosante, y
3 Cuando confía el título al endosatario para el uso de alguna otra persona.
La mera ausencia de las palabras que impliquen poder para negociar no hace el endoso restrictivo.
