El Banco gozará de los privilegios, derechos y facultades que a los Bancos Hipotecarios concédela Ley 45 de 1923 , y estará sometido a la inspección y vigilancia del Gobierno, tales como se establece en dicha Ley, en cuanto no pugne con la presente.
