Se autoriza al Gobierno nacional para que, a través del Presupuesto General de la Nación, en cada vigencia fiscal, apropie los recursos necesarios para cubrir los gastos tendientes a financiar las disposiciones de la presente ley, de acuerdo con el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo.
