Si los objetos porteados fueren corruptibles, pasados tres días desde el depósito que previene el artículo 302 del Código de Comercio, el porteador puede solicitar la venta de ellos en martillo o en pública subasta, su precio, deducido el porte y demás gastos, se depositará durante el término de seis meses de que habla. el artículo citado.

En estos términos queda adicionado el artículo 330 del Código de Comercio.
