Queda facultado el Ministerio de Hacienda para hacer por Decreto las aclaraciones y correciones que demante el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, previa solicitud motivada de la Mesa Directiva de la Comisión Cuarta Constitucional Permanente de la Cámara de Representantes, cuando fuere el caso.
