º Los discursos pronunciados en las Cámaras no podrán ser publicados por los periódicos, ni aun en extracto, sin que preceda la revisión de sus autores. La contravención será castigada con una multa de cincuenta pesos por cada vez, y á virtud de queja del autor del discurso. Publíquese.
