De la fase de seguimiento y evaluación. Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible realizarán anualmente el seguimiento y evaluación del Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de la Cuenca Hidrográfica, con base en el mecanismo que para tal fin sea definido el respectivo Plan, conforme a lo contemplado en la Guía Técnica para la Formulación del Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de la Cuenca Hidrográfica.
