Artículo único. Las pensiones alimenticias concedidas a individuos que se han invalidado por causa del servicio público, se pagarán de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el decreto lejislativo de 19 de noviembre de 1867, que determina cómo deben pagarse las pensiones a los militares de la Independencia.
