ARTICULO 6 º. CONSEJO DIRECTIVO . El Consejo Directivo estará integrado por

1.

El Ministro de Educación Nacional o su delegado, quien lo presidirá.

2.

El Ministro de Salud Pública o su delegado.

3.

El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, o su delegado.

4.

El Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado.

5.

Un representante designado por el Presidente de la República de terna presentada por las organizaciones de ciegos legalmente reconocidas, por un período de dos (2) años.

Parágrafo 1

º. El Director del Instituto tendrá voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones del Consejo Directivo.

Parágrafo 2

º. El Secretario General del INCI, o quien haga sus veces desempeñará las funciones de Secretario del Consejo Directivo.
