Art. 93. El día señalado para examinar la causa se recibirán las declaraciones que se pidan y los documentos que se presenten, poniéndose en conocimiento de la contraparte en el mismo acto. El acusado puede producir sus pruebas dentro de los cinco días siguientes á la primera notificación.
