CASOS EN QUE SE PUEDE OMITIR LA COMUNICACION. Si el funcionario no encontrare a ninguna de las personas de que habla el artículo anterior, para comunicarle el allanamiento, lo practicará, si es preciso por medio de la fuerza, siempre tratando de causar el menor daño en las cosas. Fuera de este supuesto, la comunicación sólo podrá omitirse excepcionalmente, cuando las especiales circunstancias de la investigación así lo requieran.
