Art. 93. Los estanquilleros de tabaco serán nombrados i servirán bajo la responsabilidad del estanquero proveedor del cantón, de quien recibirán las ordenes i se entenderán directamente con el, prestando a satisfacción de aquel empleado las seguridades para su manejo.
