La visa temporal podrá se expedida por la División de visas por las misiones consulares de la República con múltiples entradas, para el extranjero que pretenda permanecer en el país de manera no definitiva. Caducará si el extranjero se ausenta del país por un término superior a noventa (90) días continuos.
