Parámetros tarifarios. La junta Directiva del Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, a iniciativa del Director y previo estudio técnico de mercado, adoptará los parámetros tarifarios que le permitan contratar los servicios de salud de los planes adicionales y establecerá las cuotas moderadoras y los copagos a que haya lugar, previa aprobación de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
