Los Bancos Agrícola Hipotecario y Central Hipotecario quedan autorizados para verificar las operaciones que sean necesarias para la fundación y funcionamiento de las Secciones Hipotecarias de las seccionales de Crédito Agrario, de acuerdo con la ley, y obrando de acuerdo con la Caja de Crédito Agrario y el Superintendente Bancario.
