Denuncia por servidor público. Quien desempeñe un cargo o empleo público y en ejercicio de sus funciones tuviere conocimiento de una infracción disciplinaria cometida por un ingeniero electricista, mecánico o profesional afín deberá dar aviso inmediato por escrito al Consejo Nacional o al Consejo Seccional más cercano, so pena de hacerse acreedor a las sanciones previstas en el artículo 15 de la ley.
