º Con vigencia a partir del 1º de enero de 1991, cada uno de los Magistrados del Consejo Nacional Electoral, devengarán el setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) de la remuneración total asignada a los Consejeros de Estado, mensualmente. La Cuantía de sus viáticos, cuando cumplan comisiones de servicios será igual a la señalada para el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
