Art. 9.º Se considerarán incluidos en el seguro de las mercaderías los fletes y los gastos durante el viaje, solo cuando se haya estipulado así expresamente: en este caso el asegurador no estará obligado al pago de aquella porción de flete o gastos que por causa del siniestro ocurrido en el tránsito no llegaren a deberse; y devolverá la mitad de la prima que corresponda a dicha porción.
