A fin de garantizar el ejercicio de los derechos, deberes, instrumentos y procedimientos consagrados en esta ley, la gestión del Estado y de las veedurías deberán asegurar el libre acceso de todas las personas a la información y documentación relativa a las actividades de interés colectivo de conformidad con lo dispuesto en esta ley y en las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
