No utilización de los servicios. Cuando los Oficiales, Suboficiales o sus beneficiarios sin autorización dejen de utilizar los servicios médico - Asistenciales de la Sanidad de la Policía Nacional, ésta quedará exonerada de toda responsabilidad por tal concepto.
