DE LAS SANCIONES A LOS EMPLEADOS QUE ASISTEN A LAS JUNTAS. Cuando conforme al presente Decreto fuere destituido un miembro de una Junta o Consejo que fuere funcionario público y asistiere a la misma por mandato legal o por delegación, dicha sanción implica también la pérdida del empleado o cargo que desempeña.
