Las parcelaciones a que se refiere los artículos siguientes, tendrán por objeto principal el incremento de la producción agrícola, mediante la adjudicación de tierras ya sea en propiedad o en usufructo, arrendamiento, etc. a los trabajadores que carezcan de ellas y comprueben su capacidad para explotarlas económicamente.
