ARTICULO 3.2.2.1.- UTILIDADES. Las utilidades que obtengan en desarrollo de su objeto social, ya sean ordinarias o extraordinarias, solamente podrán ser repartidas a sus accionistas en la forma de dividendos en acciones, salvo en caso de disolución y liquidación definitivas de la bolsa o autorización previa de la Superintendencia de Valores.
