º. Contratos de arrendamiento . Los contratos de arrendamiento que celebre el Fondo no se someten a requisitos especiales pero no se pagarán por ellos valores superiores a los corrientes en el mercado por metro cuadrado (M2) o por unidad para este tipo de operaciones, según la ciudad y el sitio de la misma. Idéntica norma se aplicará cuando el Fondo actúe como arrendador.
