El Secretario Tesorero de que trata el artículo 4° de la citada Ley, durará en el ejercicio de sus funciones por el tiempo preciso para la inversión de toda cantidad destinada a la conservación y compra mencionadas. La asignación de que disfrute le será fijada por dicha Junta.
