En los casos del artículo 2º de la presente Ley, los comisionistas u oferentes en propiedad raíz no podrán anunciar ni efectuar enajenaciones de inmuebles cuyos planes no estén autorizados por el Superintendente Bancario, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones pecuniarias que prevé esta Ley.
