ARTICULO 11. De quienes pueden Inscribirse. Podrán inscribirse en el registro de aspirantes

Las personas y los funcionarios escalafonados que lleven los requisitos del empleo para el cual aspiren a concursar;

Los funcionarios escalafonados que deseen modificar la intensidad de su jornada de trabajo dentro del mismo empleo.
