Para efectos del presente Decreto, se entiende por Piloto Aviador Militar el individuo que ha recibido entrenamiento e instrucción de vuelo en una de las Escuelas Militares de Aviación, nacionales o extranjeras; que ha obtenido el título o diploma correspondientes debidamente reconocidos por el Gobierno de Colombia.
